Julie has been actively creative from an early age and enjoys applying her imaginative skills to a variety of media and applications.

​

Her current emphasis is on large abstract paintings incorporating metals, such as stainless steel, copper and brass. Profile cut shapes with laser etched patterns enhance the paintings, adding depth and contrast, with a subtle reflection of light changing throughout the day.

Ceramics are Julie’s latest passion. With a well appointed studio and workshop she creates decorative and functional pieces with pops of colour and intricate carving.
