Jen Kerr

Ceramics

Jen’s life-long love of clay began as a small child and since then her hands have never been far from clay.  In the family studio on Nyania Creek in Glen Forrest, she creates limited edition pinch pots, serving dishes, share platters, plates and bowls. The glaze combinations evoke the landscapes she encounters.

The tactile, meditative nature of handling clay inspires her to explore the nature of clay as vibrant transformative matter. She uses clay to find new ways to connect with place, memories and other beings.

Jen conducts clay meditation retreats at Sanctuary, Yoga and Meditation in Darlington.
